It’s hard to believe that 2019 is coming to an end, but this has been a wonderful year for us. While our official name change didn’t happen until this summer, DME/Full Range has had a great year.
To date, we have had 70 events we have been a part of the entertainment plan, which is a record for us. 2020 looks to be even better for us. For that, we would like to say thank you to our clients for choosing us. We have also made some more significant upgrades over the year, including new speakers all around. As of now, all of our speakers in our system were purchased in 2019. 80% of our lights were are 2019 model lights as well, meaning many of our items are up to date will be working for many years to come.
Next year, we will be changing out wiring on our systems as needed. I’ve been personally involved in the DJ Business since 2013, and on my own since 2014. With that in mind, some cables get old and need outdated. We are looking into, wireless technology for many things, including lighting, sound, and much more.
In the next few days, we will release our 2020 Pricing Guide. We are also going to be going back to the portal we used with Dustin’s Mobile Entertainment. While we noticed some things with what we going to use on the new platform, there are some serious issues on our end where paperwork is not coming back and some some of the payments are not getting documented correctly. We have seen the payments clear into our account, but our system was not catching them, leaving the system to show a past due amount that was not really past due.
